ABOUT INDUS INDUSTRIAL ZONE
Indus Industrial Zone and SEZ is run by the management of Indus Estate (Private) Limited (IEPL) that is a limited liability company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2017. It is actively involved in business of development of all type of real estates including developed and undeveloped land, commercial and industrial projects, commercial marketing, multi stories buildings (for commercial and industrial purposes only), shopping centers, restaurants, hotel, recreational facilities etc. with permission of concerned authorities and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The Zone is consisting of 280 Acre of land on Main Karachi-Hyderabad Motorway M-9 Interchange. It will be focused to Textile, Information Technology, Engineering, Automobile, Food and Agriculture industries. Its main purpose will be to facilitate the enterprise in the industry to grow and able to accommodate more employment and facilitate export. This will give it a unique strategic advantage to serve the consumer markets of not only overall Pakistan but China, Afghanistan, and Central Asia.
The Zone is planned to generate more than 74,000 jobs of mid tier and USD 12 million of annual revenue from third year of operations.
The Zone has every amenities and infrastructure that are required by any enterprise for conducting manufacturing business. Banks, Mosques, Training centers, Hospitals, recreational centers, business centers and many more amenities will be the part of the Zone in addition to utility facilities that will include electricity, gas, water, drainage system, internet, tele communication networks, wastage management system etc.

He is one of the senior and experienced real estate developer with more than 40 years of experience. He is also experienced in demolishing and cleaning industrial land to make it available for new industries. One of its recent successful projects is site restoration of land of Deen Leathers in SITE Karachi. He is currently running a real estate industrial project in Northern Bypass with 35 Acres of land.
MR. SYED TARIQUE HUSSAIN
Chief Executive
He is graduate in Business Administration from KEEL University, UK. He has been engaged as CEO of an export oriented listed stock entity in textile sector with experience of more than 20 years. He is also a venture capitalist in MESA Region in real estate industry and working has working experience of more than 05 years in venture capital industry.
MR. SALEEM PATEL
President
He is an experienced business executive in real estate industry with expertise in real estate development. He has been in this industry since more than 30 years. He started his business with Madina Dying i.e. a textile processing unit. He then started OPAL Textiles, a full scale textile manufacturing entity. After success in textile industry he also step into the real estate industry with name OPAL Enterprises. He has been also involved in many other local Small and Medium Industries and cottage industry. He earned his graduation from Karachi.
MR. FAHAD SULTAN

He is an overseas Pakistani Established Business Empire having a vast experience of more than 20 years in Pakistan as well as neighboring countries, due to his international exposures and connectivity with private equity available in Europe as well Asia, allows him to involve in different projects globally. He is carrying real estate business in UK and also involved fully in IT businesses in Pakistan. In academics, he has earned his graduation from London School of Economics.
MR. JAWAID HUSSAIN

He is also a well established business executive with numbers of successful businesses in Pakistan as well as in Los Angeles. He is also a Canadian citizen living in LA. He has worked as partner in an Iron Rolling Mill and has been doing well in FMCG industry where he is dealing in multivitamins and meat export from LA. Another related sector of this industry is Cattle Farming where he is carrying sound business. He is also actively involved in the business of Suiting and fabrics. He has been leading a Paper Mill in Pakistan and carried it very successfully. He is also a part of real estate industry where he had been involved in development of industrial projects. He also owns a stone grinding factory. A grocery store is also owned by him in Los Angeles. He is also a graduate from USA.
MR. MUHAMMAD SALMAN - ACA
CFO & Company Secretary
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has postgraduate degree in Economics from the University of Karachi. His professional career started from working as an Assistant Manager Assurance and later on worked in positions like Senior Manager Assurance, Manager Corporate Compliance, Manager to Corporate Offers etc. He has also managed Accounts, and Corporate departments as head of the department in a CA firm.
He is a finance professional with expertise in corporate compliance, financial reporting, and audits . He has exposure of different financials arrangements including managing M&A deals, complicated licensing, listing and delisting of stocks, the revival of listed stock companies etc. He also owns and manages professional management consultancy firm in Karachi.
DELIVERED PROJECTS
This team has jointly performed many successful projects and currently is working on several related projects including following:
- Patel Industrial Complex approx. 500 acre Deh Hub northern bypass complex.
- Opal Small Industry Zone adjacent to Sindh Small Industrial Trade Estate Deh Jam Chakro Northern by pass at measuring 150 acres.
- Currently we have just started to develop the new industrial park adjacent to Nooriabad interchange approx. 1,200 acre (Phase III).
- Industrial complex on Jhampir road adjacent to Nooriabad Industrial Estate (Phase II)
